      Old building, equipment constantly breaking down, other debts become comfortable blaming the lab, no hazard pay, ammonia constantly leaking, etc.

      It is close to a few good breweries.

      Cons

      Shortsighted management, Maintenance, Turner, is /sucking the place dry. Where else can you go and have equipment disappear and no one cares what happened.
