      Family oriented, everyone works together, somewhat good communication

      Cons

      Management was lacking, pay is lower than average for Houston area, needs a better system in general (ERP would work best) than what they have now. Too many opinions, not enough results.

      Pros

      Good atmosphere in the office. Understanding that employees have lives outside of work. Company will try to place you on projects and locations that suit your situation (family, life etc)

      Cons

      The salary can be poor compared to other companies In the current economic climate even permenant positions can feel unsafe
