      Pros

      They teach you everything you need to know for the job. The people are friendly and welcoming. They offer pretty good benefits. They offer breakfast and lunch for employees for free.

      Cons

      The pay is less than expected and there is a lot of overtime work. One person has to be in on weekends and holidays, but usually people volunteer to come in, but if you come in Saturday, you can't come in Sunday and vice versa.
