Other than my commute I don’t have complaints

Friendly People, Low Pressure, Great for a role out of college, company outings, and a nice office with snacks.

Laptops are old and outdated. Hybrid model limits days to WFH. Leadership prioritizes vendor connections over client success. Leadership utilizes outdated strategies. No upward mobility. Leadership expects employees to do excessively more than what their job role is and not give any compensation or bonuses. Lack of senior knowledge or experience creates a low learning environment. Lack of initiative to invest in tools. There is a high level of employee churn within a year. Current “reviews” are artificial and coerced by leadership.
