      Timely salary is the only good thing here!

      The only positive aspect of working here is the timely salary. The CEO presents himself as a great leader, but his focus is solely on money. The company culture is dominated by extreme sales pressure and excessive micromanagement. Unfortunately, both the CEO and the female COO lack the qualities of effective leadership!
