Good managers, free food/drinks from the cafe

small company, not a lot of room to grow

Enjoyed working with my colleagues, company hosted professional development lunch and learn sessions. In office employees get food and other benefits. Never had to really work outside of business hours, good work / life balance.

Lots of repetitive work, company lacked the ability to move the business forward and evolve with new technologies which is ironic because its a technology company. Certain software and tools are outdated and over my time there it was always a discussion of lets update this but it never actually happened.
