Pros

They hire anyone because they can't find or keep anyone there.

I absolutely Do NOT recommend this company at all for a long list of vital reasons. First, there is NO training at all. After two days of orientation, you are on your own literally doing the job of 5 people. Company LIES to you and DOES NOT appreciate you at all for your sales quotas or bad debts collected daily. Managers are nasty, rude and unprofessional, their systems and programs are NOT working at all, there is no balance between work and personal life. Actually, this company will NOT allow to have a personal life. So it is for someone who has no life, spouse, kids, nor family nor friends. You will work 10 hours a day 6 and 7 days a week. You won't have time to take breaks or breathe. If you go to the bathroom you will have some long-term employees run to the bathroom to personally harass, yell and cuss you out. They will get violent and even physical with you and threaten you any way they can to run other employees out of there. These bullies are fully protected and they know they get away with it, even if reported because they have been there for 10+ years. Very Hostile work environment. Almost illegal work environment. Worst benefits in the country, and if you make one little mistake on anything ( NO TRAINING) they will fire you on the spot. Corrupted, disorganized, CROOK, people literally quit and get fired every day. BIG TURN OVER, they can't keep anyone there. FAVORITISM, NEPOTISM, BULLY, HARASSMENT, MISTREAT, RUDE. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME. No future nor advance, no promotion or raise. The Labor Board or Compliance Department should know how the collection and sales managers and team leads HARASS, THREAT and even physical assault employees, and when anyone reports it to the managers ( which is on the weekly basis) they will fire you on the spot (instead of taking the proper measures and corrective actions against work harassment) and protect those team members just because have worked there for over 10 years. This is ILLEGAL and totally AGAINST THE LABOR BOARD LAWS. They deserve a LAW SUIT and go to JAIL. They have so many BBB complaints and federal Law suits against them. RIP OFF clients,employees, and customers making their high-dollar payments disappear and never post, then turn it to a 3rd party collection agencies and unfairly ruin peoples credits.

People know the brand but that’s it

Cons

This is the worst environment I’ve probably ever worked in, constant lies, awful culture where some people work remote others don’t, director level and above treat everyone else with zero respect. The pay is so below average it’s alarming. The amount of leaders who don’t know how to develop their employees is staggering and their are C level folks who have never hired in their careers before moving into the role.
