Management is more concerned with the number of calls you log into Salesforce valuing quantity over quality. Pressure to add a minimum number of sales pipelines. More time spent on entering data into Salesforce than time spent in front of customers, insane! Had trouble in the past with keeping track and under reporting documented sales for each sales person which led to being short changed on commissions. Upper management has no clue on how to properly sell their product, middle management for the most part is OK, but they are forced to follow the stupid initiatives and decisions from upper mgt, which ultimately filters down the Account Executives,

People know the brand but that’s it

Cons

This is the worst environment I’ve probably ever worked in, constant lies, awful culture where some people work remote others don’t, director level and above treat everyone else with zero respect. The pay is so below average it’s alarming. The amount of leaders who don’t know how to develop their employees is staggering and their are C level folks who have never hired in their careers before moving into the role.
