Pros
Its different than any other place I have ever worked. Work culture actually is king. Most of us have very positive professional relationships within our teams, across departments, and up/down the chain of command as well. It's unique to sit in a meeting with C level mangers, veteran employees, new hires, and interns and have everyone's voices be heard and valued. Work life balance is also exceptional. I've never had an issue working from home with a sick kid (even before covid) or taking time off to address family/personal health concerns. Our teams also have little "traditions" that build moral. Things like getting breakfast on a given morning or having a quarterly team outing are part of the norm here.
Cons
Compensation is not the best in the area by a long shot. While bonuses and other incentives make up for this they are losing ground to other employer in the area.
