The money is very good

Everything, the supervisor have no backup from the managers, they put all there work on there supervisor even though it's their job to do. One supervisor doesn't even know how to do what he is supervising, so how can he help if need be. Lots of people that know what there doing are talking about quitting becuase since they know how to do every thing it gets put on them all of it. This place is only getting worse, place is falling apart.....

You get paid well after a few years of hard work.

You do the same job for multiple years.
