Pros

One of the few creative fashion offices in Las Vegas

Cons

Everyone truly looks miserable 100% of the time AND almost every office employee dislikes management and the CEO, leading to such high (and what should be) embarrassing turn-over rate. Apart from how crappy management is, the office day-to-day is awkward. No one talks, no one moves, there's zero collaboration and everyone is 100% micromanaged. Here's a few things NOT allowed: -make coffee during non-break hours -use phone (strict no-phone policy) -use the bathroom 5-10 minutes before or after breaks -get fresh air -socialize -taking important phone calls (these magically have to be scheduled for break time) -eating hot food in the pit office area

Pros

I’ve read some mixed reviews about PF Clothing, but as a graphic designer working on their online team, my experience was really positive. I got to work on digital banners, emails, and product visuals that actually went live. It was great for building my portfolio. Some say communication is not the best, but I found that if you are proactive and bring ideas to the table, the team listens. I felt supported and learned a lot from feedback on real campaigns. Yes, deadlines could be tight and schedules shifted during big promos, but that is expected in e-commerce. The pace helped me get faster and more confident as a designer. PF was based in LA and had a fast, trend-driven style. If you are coming out of a Nevada state school and expecting something slower paced, it might not be the right fit. The creative expectations were high and the work moved quickly. The pay was fair for entry level, but the real value was the experience. If you are creative and want hands-on design work for a growing brand, PF Clothing can be a great step forward.

Cons

Only offer in office and no remote jobs

Pros

•Getting to listen to your own music. •On occasion (typically around the holidays) there's snacks! •Weekly pay. •Employee Discount.

Cons

•Being monitored every second of the day. Managers won't be shy talking to you about how you did a task a certain way and condescendingly bring up their way of doing it, the "correct" way. •Every daily task being converted into a number and if you're not hitting quota you will be told you're not doing enough. •Doing more than what you signed up for. If warehouse needs help it's office employees to the rescue. •Being neck deep in tasks or going through a slow period, absolutely no in between. •Community 30 minute lunch and two 10 minute breaks. Might as well take bathroom breaks together. •Lightning fast turnaround times for projects. They want unicorns and 99% of the time the best you can do is a horse with a party hat. •Managerial Clique. •No collaboration between departments. All in all, if you thrive on being in a heightened state of anxiety for 8 hours straight you'll do just fine.
