The company has many talented writers and editors who are great to work with

Consistently understaffed and employee turnover is high because editors are not paid market value for the level of work and responsibility required. Having sole management from the US for a UK team who don't have a grasp on (nor care to learn) the local market causes disappointing levels of miscommunication that make growth or progress near impossible.
