So we have 100% using CRM, Daily Report, Daily Plan, Focus on monthly target & most the sales team over achieve there target. This year we have triplicate our resources and revenue. I understand your frustration keep in mind long back more then year after you relieved company. that you not able to talk over the phone also, at least i can able to catch you through Glassdoor. You very well know Sales is backbone of company & overall depend on sales. after you have join you spend more 8 months to understand product till date you comfortable with all company policy and terms salary. When we start to sharing company expectation to reason you recruited you start runway from me and overall team, even you have shifted from Pune to Mumbai with your family reason. Till the time released you not received call from you colleague, manager, accounts & even my calls also. You know very well before FNF need to hand over all company property, data and hand over all customers & false commitment to customers & cash payment collected from customers. My request to you please hand over. 1. Laptop 2. Collected cash payment from customer 3. All leads / Prospects - for that company paid for you till the time of last paid salary day. 4. Visiting Card 5. ID Card 6. Most important false commitment customer - to retain & make then happy & satisfy those customer we have spend more then lack of rupees As per employee agreement if you committed and join company you cant work same time with another company / organization you have break that rule and join another company till the time taking every-month salary from both company. cheating both company. As you said greedy, Yes ! I am greedy for GazeIT growth and greedy for people love there work spend there career with GazeIT to justify them there outcome.
