Pros
POWER has an extremely healthy work culture - at least as far as I can tell. Granted, I do not work in a production facing organization, but the people within production do not complain and I have not met anyone thus far who does. POWER is a 'grassroots' organization where business units are empowered and even encouraged to solve their customers problems. This leads to a lot of trust between customer and POWER, and we become trusted advisors to our clients. This further empowers the employees here - its great to be in a position of trust.
Cons
From a software architecture/developer perspective, because we are so grassroots it makes it hard to manage the various solutions, or even track who is doing what where. We are working on this and we have a plan, so I think this will rectify itself over time
