Pros
Down to earth, common sensical, fair-minded, still growing and learning, Even can be fun sometimes. If you've worked in a few places, you'll realize this is actually fairly unique. Salaries are what they are, but the bonus is reliable and reaches all engineers. Benefits are very good.
Cons
Don't really have any worth mentioning. No place is perfect, but when you've got a place where the people are decent and respectful to each other, and the company is successful, that's a good and fairly uncommon situation.
