Pros
Great group of people to work with. You will be able to collaborate and get support. Good opportunities for growth early in a career, with exposure to a range of projects and clients. Training is available, though the majority does not feel relevant or useful. The benefits are solid and they cover professional dues.
Cons
Work can be repetitive and it is difficult to get exposure to other areas. Compensation is generally competitive, but employees need to stay informed about the market. Project planning and communication can be inconsistent and feedback can be overlooked. For small design only projects, the role of project management isn’t always clear or effective.
