      Pros

      Having worked for the company for over 2 years, signing off 2023 as the best year yet to work here is a good feeling. PPCG is 'employee first' but never to the detriment of the clients which is a sentiment we all share. Everybody strives to achieve the best results possible and takes pride in their work. It's a privilege to work with such a great team and I'm excited for what 2024 holds.

      Pros

      I’m almost 3.5 years into my role and still genuinely loving my job. In that time, I’ve learned so much, developed professionally, and recently earned a promotion, which has made the journey even more rewarding. The colleagues and management team here are supportive, encouraging, and genuinely fun to work with. It’s a positive environment where hard work is recognised, and people are given opportunities to grow. I’m looking forward to many more years working with this fantastic team and continuing to support the business.
