Awesome people, flexi adult environment & clear goals - Talent Acquisition PPC Protect Employee Review

There are many pros to working at PPC Protect. To name a few: Everybody is friendly! I haven't been at PPC Protect for very long but I am yet to have a bad experience. It is a supportive & friendly environment. I am an SDR and had little to no experience in sales before this job. I have been provided constant support, tips & advice from my other sales team members. I have also been provided loads of training as well which has benefited me enormously. As an SDR you also are given a budgets to furnish your home office, to take any courses that will help develop your skill and a wellness budget to look after yourself. Overall my experience working here has been great :)

Overall I cannot think of any cons.

PPC Protect is growing quickly and as such there is a huge amount to do! This is great because no two days are the same and there are lots of opportunities to do things which might otherwise be outside of your role. The company leadership is excellent and there are no big egos at play. All employees are entrusted to get on and do their jobs without micromanaging and suggestions to improve are welcomed from anyone.

This is very much a start-up environment so if you are only interested in wearing one hat and dislike an environment which changes rapidly and frequently, then PPC Protect isn't for you.
