Good Place to work - General Operative PPC&A Employee Review

1. Nice poeple on the work force 2. Firdays off if your a factory worker 3. Good tranport links and car park 4. Over time offered 5. Job progression with in the company available

1. Long hours for factory workers 7am to 5pm 2. Managers and some team leaders are rule and demeaning towards the factory workers. 3. Workers treated like children or prisoners, when I was their, their was a sign saying "Workers are not to leave their cell, until the buzzer sounds" 4. Theirs job progression but you really have to sell your soul to get it, also the benefits offered once you progress are not real worth it. 5. Managers are Cowards, they don't tell you if their a problem so it can be fixed, and lie to you. When I was working as a agency staff, I was told by several Team leaders that I was "Doing well". Only to have a random call one day form my agency saying their letting me go because I wasn't picking the job up quick enough. At no point did anyone say to me their was an issue or given any warning so I kewn what I had to improve. 6. No café, just some overpriced vending machine, trying to sneaky push energy drinks, on to their workers so they can keep product. 6. Theirs Firdays off if your a factory worker, however they will try and Guilt trip up into working Fridays, also the pay is just over minimum , so sometime you would have to work it anyway just to pay the bills. 7. Repetitive and boreding work.

Poor wages, clueless management and very messy
