Pros
PPD is a great company with good benefits (salary, health insurance, flexibility) and also constantly trainings to improve your works. I have the chance to be in different positions that helps you develop in different areas
Cons
Workload is extremely high, sometimes you have a month that it was not possible to sleep a whole week in your home. I addition, sometimes the supervisor are not supervised by their own supervisor, so many "friendships" starts to grow that do not help the ones that are not the "friends" of the supervisor.
