Business outlook
Pros
Good work life balance. Lot of opportunities to learn. Good exposure if you are willing to do work. Ideal place to work for people who want gradual progression with time. GMP level, understanding and implementation in daily work is very good and better than most of the companies in Ireland.
Cons
Salary is competitive against other CROs but not big pharma. Management can make some improvements for smooth workflow in company. Not a place for quick promotion based on good performance. Too much documentation, should switch to electronic notebooks and LIMS for more efficiency and tedious procedures.
