Pros
Despite the cons below, it is a good way to get your foot in the door when you are fresh out of college and have no work experience.
Cons
Low pay, crappy benefits. Management acts like they do so much for you, but they really don't. We were supposed to have an end of the year party/outing, but it got cancelled because they didn't want to spend the money. Will give you a lower performance review than you deserve in order to avoid having to give you a better raise. No opportunity for career advancement.
