Good benefits and PTO policy.

PPD was a good place to work during many of my years and leadership was great. A new manager was hired who turned out to be a bully and the worst manager I have ever had. HR didn't seem to care. I had many good years besides Bully Boss with unprofessional management skills. Most of the team quit or changed departments so it wasn't an isolated incident with one person.
