Pros
The management team at PPD is very easy to talk to and seems to genuinely care about their employees' well being. Employees of all levels are strongly encouraged to share any ideas pertaining to the improvement of operations or customer relations.
Cons
Lack of communication pertaining to organizational changes have really hurt employee moral of the past few years. It is also very difficult to get a full understanding of divisional / departmental goals as management tends to only share such information during employee reviews (which is when most goals must be achieved by). Salary compensation for CRO is relatively competitive but the lab business leaves a lot to be desired.
