      Some work from home days.

      Cons

      Culture is toxic, Southern-fried, white male and arrogant. Senior management are real jerks. They'd work you to death if they could.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
