Pros
Great starting salary, progressive company culture, regularly working with new other departments to accomplish goals. Remote work is no issue. As long as you are getting your work done, folks will leave you alone.
Cons
The workload can be hard to manage without getting burned out. CRO industry is busier than ever and it shows. Not a lot of coaching. Considering the complex nature of the work itself would help get workers up to speed quicker.
