      Pros

      If you are a people manager, you are lucky. Nothing to do with targets. Just promot your chamchas and be flunkey with your boss. Finally play some regional politics, you will be safe and will get promoted every year.

      Cons

      Poor salary for employees. If you ask for salary hike, you will be in their bad book. Your performance and experience will never count. If you are very close to your manager with same reagion, you will be in higher ladder in few years.

      Pros

      Provided health insurance. Good coworkers Good exposure to team at client site If you have a good technical lead, the job can be great!

      Cons

      You have 2 bosses (Technical lead from Client Site) and your PPD boss. PPD Boss does not know what is going on If you have a bad technical lead, your life can be miserable. Pay is low No protection from abusive technical lead (coworkers on same team can have a drastically different experience)
