      Keeps you busy and interested. People are very friendly and open to questions. Their new employee training is excellent.

      Cons

      I wish the pay would be better. I have a graduate degree and I'm earning well below the national average.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
