I wasn't a fan - Scientist PPD Employee Review

Complete disconnect with management and operations. My experience was that Senior Scientist who assign duties to people lower on the totem pole were misled about their abilities. That's a huge systemic flaw because it leads to deviations and stress. They also pressure you to sign off on things saying that you know how to run certain experiments so that they can deflect any wrong doing if things go wrong. l wasn't a fan, but some people flourish there. I also strongly disliked my manager.
