Work from home twice a week, on-site fitness center, and physicians assistance.
Cons
SIA department has extreme work load with unrealistic timelines, poor communication, metrics system which allows for no time off or to be sick because if you take time off you'll need to work overtime to catch up due to the workload. Very high turnover. Stay away if you want to remain sane.
