      Cons

      They work us like slaves for very very little wage. The expectations are getting harder and harder. I’m exhausted every night when I go back to my family. They want us in stores 45 hours a week and only give us 5 hours of armin, when there is plenty of work we could do at home. We are still in a pandemic...... yet the company has absolutely no regard for anything but work work work like a slave and drive the numbers.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
