Pros

Job was mostly the same every day (mixing paint, stocking shelves, unpacking trucks, etc.), but you got to interact with different people and solve different problems every day. Pay wasn't great but it was over minimum wage. Steel toes were paid for. Option to opt-in to benefits (which I didn't). Loved my coworkers. Hours were good - no really early mornings or late nights.

Cons

I hated color matching, I wasn't very good at it. I didn't like unloading trucks but that's the nature of the job and was only once or twice a week.

Pros

- Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

Cons

- Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
