Pros
Flexible hours, company car, get to hang out in a hardware store.
Cons
-Pay is pretty mediocre given the scope of responsibilities. -Really vague role definitions— you’re stuck between driving sales intra-store, but held to the expectation of being an OSR. Which would be fine if your salary didn’t cap at $60k with bonuses. -50hr work week. Which is insane. -CRM is entirely too convoluted and painfully slow/lacking useful functionalities. -They don’t trust you, contrary to any corporate slogan they have. -It 100% can/should be an email. -You’re a basic associate with the word “manager” in the title. -Onboarding process is pretty weak. Almost sets you up to fail. -KPI’s are imaginary and inconveniences to your day. Until the KPI’s contain actual sales numbers (real KPI’s) they’re completely arbitrary.
