      Pros

      Good benefits and company car.

      Cons

      architectural coatings is the step child of the company. All other divisions had huge budgets and we received almost nothing. To the point that they had stores transfer each other toilet paper instead of letting the stores order supplies. Preference always went to the franchise stores instead of company stores.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
