      Pros

      Great exposure to senior management. As an MBA intern you present to the CFO and a number of other executives across the Finance group. Great place to gain an understanding of Finance at a large Fortune 500 company with a number of different strategic business units.

      Cons

      There really are no down sides to working at PPG. Like any other company the experience is entirely what you make of it. If you work hard you will be rewarded, if you don't you probably won't advance.

      good management, flexible hours, great communication

      Cons

      low base pay compared to industry peers, frequent corporate restructurings and layoffs, and a siloed culture with poor work-life balance
