      Of course, depending on the team you're joining in the company, the experience is different. But as for my team currently is the best team ever! Everyone helped each other out if we have any questions, especially for fresh graduates. My leads and seniors really helped me with my career. This is a great place to start as a fresh graduates.

      Cons

      A good amount of company benefits. I could say it's the basic benefits. However, for this role, very limited career developments as they much prioritise other regions such as EMEA and Americas.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
