      job security very good staff discount start & finish times don't vary massively good pension Training opportunities ie FLT

      Cons

      Deliveries from Head office often came in with no paper work lack of notification of product code changes pay compared to competitors is less better management training needed unrealistic targets in terms of bonus Career progression very limited
