-If you like being a contributor, you will be happy. Every department is contributing to new stuff all the time (new content, new technology, new customer service, etc.) - PPI is helping people to pass exams that will positively impact their lives. I love working someplace that is adding real value to the society at large. - If you want to grow and become a lead, supervisor, or manager you can. It's not a requirement if that isn't your thing, but it is a perk. Many people in different departments have been promoted in the past few years. - PPI has regular performance review and usually annual raises. I like getting regular feedback so that I can improve. I also like to know my effort might be rewarded with money. -PPI just introduced a new "extraordinary" employee bonus program. - PPI has matching 401k, profit sharing, and good benefits.

-PPI does have a vigorous interview process, but if you put effort in to the interview and are honest about your skills and interest, you have a great chance of being successful at the company. Not really a "con", but it can be a surprise if you've never had more than a 15 minute interview. -If you want to implement new processes and procedures, you can, but there isn't an army standing by to implement your ideas.....you need to be involved. You may also need to show that your idea is better than what is being done. *I think this is a "pro", but you might not like having to do some work. -Managers often wear many hats, so sometimes you need to grab their attention.
