Pros
Small company with a family atmosphere. Lots of perks. Opportunities to win "fabulous prizes", money or gift certificates. Can make a good salary there.
Cons
Trained in the coding department. Was told that I had 6 months to get ICD9 certified, but was expected to have it in less than two. Expectations for productivity and accuracy are high. You either learn to do the job, or you leave. Insurance is high - $900+ monthly for my spouse, but they pay 90% of the employee's premium, and they have a pre-tax healthcare savings account, if you can afford to contribute.
