New routine to learn , but change is good.

Company nights out. Going home.

A typical day at work consisted of disorganisation, anger and frustration. The other members of staff were. more often than not, disheartened due to the management's lack lustre organisation and communication skills (which consisted mainly of shouting) Add to the mix inadequate material handlling equipment and you've got even more frustration. Some drivers didn't stay long, some didn't even last a week.
