None really that I can think of except starting pay rate could be a little more but beside the that great place to work with no issue great staff benefit flexibility A++ in my book!

Great place to work with a small, collegial & collaborative environment

Pay is lacking, advancement is limited. You sense the long-timers make way more than the newer people. People use it as a stepping stone to move to better jobs.
