Pros

The support is there from staff, lots of good team work.

Cons

Used to be forward thinking company, now they are at the whim of private equity firm trying to get their money back for the bad investment they made 4 years ago. The problem is they are getting their money back by cutting the pay of everyone who has to deal with the clients. Culture is very poor, Prezio says that employees now OWE THEM MONEY, and are garnishing employee checks because they say they paid them too much. Many staff looking for other jobs, so the openings will be there soon

Pros

Company has many diverse business offerings. Many talented employees. This company has a national presence. It is a company that needs some good leadership.

Cons

This company is currently recovering some financial mistakes by cuts to employees who interface with customers. Company morale is in the dirt. They do not value their employees. Do NOT accept a job offer that has a bonus as part of the compensation package. They have not paid a bonus since the last CEO departed two years ago. No upward mobility. Recently they cut personal car mileage reimbursement from 64 cents per mile to 30 cents per mile. One of the C Suite managers says the real cost to operate a vehicle is 13 cents per mile. You may no longer rent a vehicle for business trips unless airfare is involved. You may rent a vehicle out of your own pocket and they will reimburse 30 cents per mile. You cannot use your corporate credit card for meals when you travel. You must cover the cost of your meals out of pocket and they will reimburse forty dollars per day. They have lost half of their instrument management business to the competition in the last two years. Corporate really has no marketing strategy or ability.
