Pros
Nothing... really. The company has lots of flaws. but one of the pro would be the healthcare that is provided.
Cons
Very old fashioned company that requires employees to be in office during a pandemic, employees are treated differently between their departments, no career growth (meaning, they continue to hire from outside rather promoting within), over worked and not paid enough, culture has shifted in a negative way, no work-life balance, senior management need training themselves. Undervalued and unappreciated. Get everything(i.e your raises, promotion) in writing, this company WILL play you with many loopholes that they have on their own terms that make no sense. They do not follow the employee handbook. Would not recommend to a friend, I recommend applying elsewhere where your voice matters.
