Pros
Overworked, Underappreciated, and High Pressure, Low Support
Cons
Toxic work environment with poor management and little regard for employee well-being. Instead of providing support, guidance, or proper training, employees who struggle to adapt are often met with comments like “Are you resigning?” This creates a culture where people feel pressured to leave rather than encouraged to improve. Internal systems and processes are disorganized, making daily work unnecessarily difficult. There is also a tendency to push responsibility around when problems arise instead of taking ownership and solving issues collaboratively. Workload is heavy, expectations are high, and appreciation is minimal. Communication between teams is often poor, resulting in confusion, frustration, and avoidable mistakes. Would not recommend unless you are prepared for a stressful environment with limited support and a constant expectation to keep up regardless of circumstances.
