Pros
Flexible hours for the most part because the CEO never shows up to the office.
Cons
Unorganized management and support staff. Everything is a mess and it's getting out of hand. Issues seems to be getting worse every day. Didn't appreciate the long meetings when we can be getting actual work done. Favoritism is very obvious. Very few friendly workers. No sense of teamwork or culture unless you suck up to them.
