Pros
Lots of employee interaction, and engagement opportunities.
Cons
Not a lot of direction from upper management, very top heavy organization. Any promotions are lateral and don't come with a salary increase.

Pros
PRO*ACT is built on relationships and operates out of their values in the day to day business. People are genuine, hard-working, and know how to have fun at work! Great benefits, competitive compensation, and invests in their people.
Cons
This isn't really a con - The structure of the organization is a little complicated, it takes time to truly understand all aspects.

Thank you for your positive feedback! You are right, our organization IS a little complicated, please don't hesitate to provide us with ideas or insight in how we can make the learning curve a little less steep for our employees!
You start at 6am and work until 4. Sometimes later. You share on call after hours duties. Make you work some Saturdays. Always afraid of getting in trouble, being let go. They will work you until you can't take it anymore and quit. People quit and are let go all the time. Constant office drama, always some kind of blame game happening. Certain employees are full of themselves when they are the issue. Too many lifers that have worked there for years and years that feel the rules don't apply to them. Managers are power trippers and will blame anyone but themselves.
