Pros

- A few of the managers were cool and felt like they actually cared about me. -Got to drive electric vans quick like after your 3rd shift. -Some managers gave the best tips to have a productive shift. -made some great friends. -they provided water and snacks if need. and ice on hotter days. -you can work a 10 hr shift if needed more hours, pay is $22

Cons

-can be a bit sus about injuries. I got injured and they were acting weird towards me since I was being seen by a doctor outside from their company nurse. They forced me to eventually see their nurse and go to their physical therapists. They didn't let me heal all the way before putting me back on schedule. They didn't have modified duty so I still had to deliver packages but just shorter days. -Honestly HR made me not like this job, the managers were cool. - female HR rep does not know how to talk or manage difficult situations professionally. -You have to work in all weather conditions. - you have to make sure you deliver within given time -no extra payment or overtime during the day if you decide to "rescue " someone. - overtime is weekly so only if you do 40+ hours in a week. does not qualify in a day 8+ hours. -if you are overtime in a week, they will try to encourage VTO so that you don't continue overtime. -vans can be hot and dirty. -as a driver, you cannot advance higher than a manager. no real advancements. -Can be there all day from 11am to 10pm. Long days if you are not looking forward to that.

Pros

some pros of the job is you get decent work and get to be alone most of the day

Cons

this job is hard and fast-paced. you will be sore at the end of the day. and uf you are not fast enough they will just fire you and tell you it's a temporary suspension but then remove you from the work chat. they do not care about you and will always protect themselves also its never consistent hours somtimes you get routes where you can get 40 hours and somtimes small routes where you get around 32-35
