Horrible Place - Program Coordinator PROCEED Employee Review

it was such a horrible place to work. they’re losing money left and right and fired most of their staff with no warning. everyone was scared of lay offs and they promised they’d work with staff but one day just fired everyone. no one knows what they’re doing there just a bunch of staff meetings where they decide on one decision that even has to be approved by management. they have no room to grow and just sit on their behinds. benefits sucked too. people were racist and homophobic
