No RRSP matching, benefits are subpar to most companies, staff are expected to work until 5 pm on Christmas Eve & New Years, after approving holidays Prolink will cancel your holidays and threaten you with termination if you don't work them, management provides training and promotions to their friends, staff has to pay $40 to go to the Christmas party and $40 for their spouse, highest turnover rate of employees that I have ever seen at a brokerage (constant emails about people leaving/being terminated)
