Right from the start, you're thrown into real responsibilities — not just observing, but actually doing. The pace moves fast, and there's always something going on, which keeps you on your toes. If you're someone who enjoys staying busy, learning by doing, and adapting on the fly, this environment gives you plenty of room to grow and stay fully engaged.

The workload builds up fast, and with minimal guidance, you're often left to figure things out on your own. Even with dedication and consistent effort, recognition doesn’t always come your way. Sometimes, others receive credit for what you’ve actually done. That can be discouraging, especially when you're genuinely trying to grow. Over time, you come to realize that doing good work alone is not always enough. Knowing how to manage internal dynamics and how to keep the right people pleased often carries more weight. It is a valuable lesson, but one that can feel mentally exhausting if you're not prepared for it.
